If you've permanently left your organization and no longer need access to our service, there are several ways to unsubscribe depending on how you were using it.
Table of Contents:
App Users
Open the app and navigate to your navigation menu (top left menu). Then tap on Settings.
Tap Leave Organization.
Confirm when prompted. This will immediately remove you from your organization.
SMS Text Message Only Users
If you're only receiving messages by text (and don’t use the app):
Submit a removal request by:
Filling out this removal request form
Using the chatbot (bottom corner of this page)
Texting or calling: 623-323-9502
Emailing: support@adytonpbc.com
Please include:
Your full name
Your cell phone number
The command you’re leaving
You can also reply STOP to 833-949-3191. To resubscribe, simply text START to the same number.
This will immediately unsubscribe you from future communications.
Ask Someone in your Command To Remove You
If you can’t access the app or prefer help:
Any org admin or org leader in your organization can remove you.
Ask them to remove your account from the People dashboard.
If you’re unable to reach an admin, you can also submit a removal request using this form.
Leave a Team
Go to the Teams tab in the navigation bar.
Click the three dots next to the name of the Team you're assigned to.
Tap Leave Team. Confirm when prompted.
Note: If you're the only Team Leader, you will be asked to assign a new leader before leaving.
