Offline

Offline Mode lets the app work without internet. When connection returns, the app automatically syncs all queued changes to the server.

Updated: March 2026

Offline Mode allows the app to continue working even when a user does not have internet access (no Wi-Fi or cellular connection).

When the user is offline:

  • The app saves actions locally on the device

  • The user can continue using the app normally

Once internet connectivity returns, the app automatically syncs those changes with the server. This ensures users never lose work due to poor connectivity.

Example Actions That Can Be Saved Offline:

  • Sending messages

  • Creating or editing content

  • Updating fields or settings

  • Adding comments or notes

  • Any write action in the app

All of these actions are queued locally until connectivity is restored.
