Registering with a Command QR Code
After scanning a valid AOK QR code, your device will automatically open, or prompt you to open, the registration webpage.
Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number.
Tap Submit response.
A confirmation message will appear letting you know you're all set.
You will then receive a text message containing a secure link to download the AOK app.
Download and open the app to complete your account setup.

Registering with a Team QR Code
After scanning a valid Team QR Code, your device will automatically open, or prompt you to open, the registration webpage.
Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number.
Tap Submit response.
A confirmation message will appear letting you know you're all set.
You will receive a text message containing a secure link to download the AOK app.
Download and open the app to complete your account setup.
Once registration is complete, you will be added to the team associated with the QR code. If you are not already a member of the command, you will automatically be added to the command as well.
