Once a new member is added to a Log-E team, access is structured by team membership.
Your team assignment determines:
Which Property Book you can access
What level of interaction you have within that Property Book
If you are not on the team assigned to the Property Book, you will not have access.
Roles Within a Property Book
1. Team Member (Viewer)
If you are a member of a team connected to a Property Book:
You have View-Only Access
You can see records and information
You cannot make changes
This ensures visibility without risking unintended modifications.
2. Property Book Owner
Has full control over the Property Book
Can make edits and updates
Can assign delegates
Owners are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Property Book.
3. Property Book Delegates
Act on behalf of the Owner
Are granted edit permissions by the Property Book Owner
Can make changes within the Property Book
Delegates help manage workload while maintaining controlled access.
