Once a new member is added to a Log-E team, access is structured by team membership.

Your team assignment determines:

  • Which Property Book you can access

  • What level of interaction you have within that Property Book

If you are not on the team assigned to the Property Book, you will not have access.

Roles Within a Property Book

1. Team Member (Viewer)

If you are a member of a team connected to a Property Book:

  • You have View-Only Access

  • You can see records and information

  • You cannot make changes

This ensures visibility without risking unintended modifications.

2. Property Book Owner

  • Has full control over the Property Book

  • Can make edits and updates

  • Can assign delegates

Owners are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Property Book.

3. Property Book Delegates

  • Act on behalf of the Owner

  • Are granted edit permissions by the Property Book Owner

  • Can make changes within the Property Book

Delegates help manage workload while maintaining controlled access.

Hand Receipt Actions

If your team is assigned to a hand receipt (Primary or Sub), you may perform the following actions within that hand receipt:

Form Generation

You may generate:

  • DA 2062 (Hand Receipt)

  • DA 1750 (Packing List)

  • BOMs (Bill of Materials)

Checklist Management

You may:

  • Create new checklists tied to assigned hand receipts

  • Add items to existing checklists

Automatically generate checklists from:

  • Cyclic Inventory Memo

  • Sensitive Items Inventory

Sublist Assignment & Collaboration

You may:

  • Assign and manage sublists for sensitive items

  • Request signatures from other team members for forms requiring approval or acknowledgment

Within assigned hand receipts, Log-E provides the ability to manage:

  • Shortage Annex

  • Sensitive Items Inventory

  • Cyclic Inventory
