What's a Bulletin Board?

The Bulletin Board is a central space to share and access important information; visible to any app user in your command. However, only Org Leaders, Org Admins, and Org Messengers can post to the Bulletin Board.

  • All members can view the All Hands bulletin board.

  • Each team also has its own Team Bulletin Board for sharing internal, team-specific information.

A bulletin board post can include:

  • A Subject (title)

  • A message body

  • File uploads (PDFs, Images, .docx, .xlsx, .ppt, etc.)

  • Links

  • Email addresses

  • Phone numbers

  • Optionally enable Required Reading to add an acknowledge button

In addition to Bulletin Board posts, teams can use Team Announcements for broader communication.

What Are Team Announcements?

Team Announcements function similarly to Bulletin Board posts but are designed specifically for team-level communication. Only Team Leaders can post Team Announcements.

With Team Announcements, you can:

  • Create a post with a Subject and Body

  • Share important updates or time-sensitive information

  • Optionally enable an Acknowledge button to track who has read it

If you enable Require Acknowledgment or Required Reading, you can track:

  • Who acknowledged

  • Who viewed it

  • Who has seen it but not yet acknowledged

via the Status Report. This allows for improved accountability and communication visibility.
