Saving Questions to the Question Bank
When creating an RFI question, you can save it for future use if you think it may be useful again.
To save a question:
Create your RFI question as normal.
Select Save answer as Template when creating the question.
Save the question by tapping Add to RFI. This will automatically add it to the Question Bank and make it available for future RFIs.
Using Questions from the Question Bank
The Question Bank can only be accessed while building an RFI.
To add a saved question to an RFI:
Create or open a drafted RFI.
Select Choose from Question Bank.
Browse the available question templates and select the question(s) you want to include in your RFI.
If you can't find the template you're looking for but expect to use the question again in the future, select + Add New Question to create and save a new template directly within the Question Bank.
Tap Add to RFI to insert the selected question(s) into your RFI. Once added, you can customize the questions as needed for that specific RFI.
Editing Question Templates
Question templates can be edited directly within the Question Bank.
To permanently update a template:
Open the Question Bank while building an RFI.
Locate the template you want to edit. Tap the pencil icon next to it.
Make your changes, then click Save to update the template.
The updated version will be available for all future RFIs.
❗️Important: Editing a Question in an RFI Does Not Update the Template ❗️
If you add a question from the Question Bank to an RFI and then edit it within that RFI, the changes will only apply to that specific RFI.
The original template stored in the Question Bank will remain unchanged.
To make permanent changes that can be reused in future RFIs, you must edit and save the template directly within the Question Bank.
