Tap the three dots next to the team name.
Select Manage Team.
Tap the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the team name, then tap Add team member.
From here, you can also:
tap Add team member to add members to the team. You can also invite someone using your team's QR code.
Note: Team QR codes are valid for 24 hours by default and can be adjusted in the AOK app (up to 30 days).
Search or select a member to add.
Leave a Team/Remove a member
As a team leader you can remove team members by clicking the three dots next to their name and selecting Remove from Team.
Team members may also remove themselves using the same process.
From here, you can also tap the boxes next to each user and:
Bulk move to other team(s): this removes the member(s) from the current team and adds them to another.
Bulk add to other team(s): this keeps the member(s) in the current team and adds them to another.
Bulk remove from team: to remove members from the team.
Combining Teams
To combine two teams (e.g., "Pilots" and "Drivers"):
Use Bulk move to other team(s) to consolidate all members into one team, removing them from their original.
Or use Bulk add to other team(s) to have members appear in both teams.
This saves time by avoiding manual member selection when setting up new teams.
