(NEW LOOK) How to Sign a File

How to complete a signature request for log-e and mustr users.

Updated: August 2026

Begin by:

Tapping on More (⋮) in the bottom right corner of navigation menu.

Then tap on Signatures.

For Log-E Users ONLY:

Tap Select Document Type to open the dropdown menu, then select the category where your document is located.

For this example, we will use Files, assuming the document is a PDF that was manually uploaded to the app for signing rather than a form created within the app.

For Mustr users, the Signatures page will take you directly to the list of files that need your signature, if any.

Once you locate the document, tap Sign.

Create Your Signature

If you haven’t created a signature yet, you’ll be prompted to choose a signature style using the name on your profile. You can also draw your signature freehand.

The signing pad can be turned horizontally to give you more space to create your signature. Simply tap Expand to full screen.

Once completed, tap Create.

Sign the Document

To sign, tap on the orange fields to complete them, or tap Next to be guided through each field.

Any field highlighted in orange has not yet been completed. You won’t be able to continue until all fields assigned to you have been completed.

Complete the Signing Process

Once you’ve completed all of your assigned fields, tap Continue.

You’ll be prompted to confirm your signature. Review it, then tap Sign Document to finish.

A copy of the signed document can be found in your Files.
