Create Your Checklist
Tap on Equipment in the bottom navigation menu.
Locate the desired hand receipt (primary or subhand). Tap the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the name of the hand receipt.
Select Catalog.
Tap the photo icon next to each that needs to be tracked.
Once you've completed selecting all relevant items for your checklist, tap on the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the clipboard icon. Tap Create checklist.
Name your checklist and save. You can find your checklist in the Checklists page.
Finalize Checklist
Tap on Checklist in the bottom navigation menu.
Tap the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the name of the checklist you just made and click Open.
You can click the three vertical dots (⋮) next to each item to view details, add remark, or remove an item.
Tap the checkboxes next to each item to confirm all items are accounted for and ready to move to the next stage.
Finalize the checklist by tapping on Finalize to lock it and prevent changes. Then tap Confirm.
After tapping confirm, you will see the Sign button.
Tap Sign.
You will see the option to generate a DA2062 or DD1750. Select the relevant one based on the checklist content.
Add an End item description. Sign and then click Save, this will generate the form and make it viewable in the Signatures and Files page (unsigned).
Validate the Form
Navigate to the Signatures page by clicking More (⋮) in the bottom navigation menu. Then Signatures.
Tap Select document Type. Select the form type you generated.
Tap on Sign under the name of the Form you made. Sign and click Save.
You can now view or download the form as a PDF.
Additional Forms (Optional)
If you need to generate additional forms based on the same checklist, you can do so easily by:
Returning to your checklist and tapping the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the checklist name. Then select Open.
Once opened, tap Sign to generate a new form. Select form type, add an End Item Description, disable "Self sign" to send to someone else to receive or keep enabled to sign it yourself (only needed for DA 2062), then tap Save.
Once the form is signed by the assignee, you can find it under the Signatures tab. From there you can view and download the form.
Things to Keep in Mind:
Double-Check Your Checklist: Ensure all items are included and properly categorized before finalizing.
Signature Requirements: Some forms may require signatures from multiple parties. Be sure to complete all necessary sign-offs.
Shared Forms: Once a form is generated and signed, it can be downloaded as needed for future reference.
